The Before and After Gallery
The staging process entails numerous things but most importantly, what furniture and accessories do you have in your house and how is it all arranged. If you’ve ever gone into a builders’ model home, you will notice that it is beautiful designed with the right amount of furniture and accessories in all the right places. The reason for this is they want you to feel an emotional attachment to the home. They want you to fall in love with it and imagine yourself living in it. This is the same logic that I use when I’m staging your home.
Why do I want to stage your home? Because my goal is the same as your goal. I want to sell your home for the best price and terms I can get for you and in a reasonable amount of time. Staging helps me to do that by increasing the chances of finding a buyer or buyers who become emotionally attached to your home and as a result are willing to pay more.
Part of the staging process is to ensure that any defects in the home are properly taken care of. I have a list of contractors and handymen who can provide all types of top-quality services at a fair price. If there is an upgrade or renovation that we all think can be done that will add value, this certainly can be discussed. But I recognize that in general, Sellers don’t want to spend a great deal of money prior to putting their house on the market. Which leads me to my next point:
All of my staging services are done free of charge and with the help of my wife Jill who is a certified home stager. You can view some of my before and after pictures here:

Note that in the before and after pics that the before pics were shot by me and the after pics were shot by my professional photography team. I’m not a photographer which is why I hire them to take pictures of your home, create an amazing virtual tour and stunning feature sheets that help me in the marketing and sale of your home.
So if you, like me, believe that the nicer your home shows, the more you are likely to receive for it in a sale, then I’m someone you should consider calling. It’s not the only value that I add as a Realtor but it’s certainly one of the biggest.
